008 . Technical Illustration and Documentation . Revise/Sketch/Annotate

Jazz at Lincoln Center, Neoscape
Jazz at Lincoln Center, Neoscape

Each student will revisit the technical illustration. The technical illustration will become a new drawing that will be used to explain the site and analysis process to an outside jury. The jury will only have a cursory understanding of the site and therefore it will be necessary to create a drawing that is more in depth and representational. The notation systems that were used earlier in the process should evolve in order to make the drawing accessible to outsiders. You can choose to use any or all of the phenomena analyzed in order to represent the site.

The final drawing can use any combination of media and will be analytical and quantifiable as well as representational (more like a typical technical illustration).
